Refund policy
Mastro Luxe endeavours to be fully transparent about the condition of the items through description , grading and images.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund in 7 working days.
All items are secured with a security hangtag. Mastro Luxe will not accept any returns if this has been removed.
Once the item is received an analysis will be made to decide if the item can be refunded.
Mastro Luxe reserves the right to deny a refund if the item has (i) had the security tag removed (ii) received after the 7 working day allowance period (iii) has been reduced to state not sellable.
An email will be sent you on the confirmation of the receipt of the item to be refunded and a refund will take up to 7 business days to reflect into your account.
The liability for the safe delivery of the item to Mastro Luxe is the customer’s responsibility.
If the item is denied for refund it is the customers’ responsibility to collect from Mastro Luxe or via courier.
